“ I was there recently while visiting McComb. My neither invited me to this place. Atmosphere was nice. Food was excellent. It was a special of the day. A pasta dish but I can't remember the name. It had fried oysters and fried eggplant with Alfredo sauce. It was delicious. ”

My wife & I had fried catfish & shrimp, and a hamburger steak... included side salad, French fries, & onion rings. My best characterization of our meal would be to say that everything seemed to be “a step up” from any other restaurant we’ve been to in the Summit / McComb area. If you are looking for a nice and pleasant meal, this is it. ”
“ After hiking at The Little Grand Canyon of Mississippi, we came here to eat. Thank goodness the other place we planned to go to in a nearby city was closed. The fried mushrooms are delicious. The breading on them was one of the best I've ever had. The sauce to dip them in is homemade, and they should bottle it and sell it!!! The salad was fabulous and had such a great variety of toppings. I love toppings with my lettuce! House dressing is perfection Last but not least, the cheesecake with no doubt homemade whipped cream. Fantastic and a must order! The staff are so accommodating and nice. Really great spot!!! Pull over, get off the interstate, and Go!! ”

“ I was in town visiting my friends. We went to La Mariposa for lunch. I had the Blackened and Bleu burger. The burger was seasoned to perfection and had just the right amount of bleu cheese that I was able to enjoy the taste in each bite. I will return for another meal when I am back in the city of Summit. ”
